Can mspmate.ai automate tasks on its own?
Yes. The built-in workflow engine reacts to events from your integrations – a vendor alert, a customer status change, a new ticket – and runs steps such as creating tickets, sending email, assigning technicians or calling webhooks. It can even schedule Sophos firewall firmware upgrades automatically when a new release appears, with conditions, approvals and a full audit log.
Do I need all modules or can I use individual ones?
The platform is modular. Core modules like CRM, team management and work hours are included. Tool integrations (TANSS, Lywand, etc.) can be flexibly added. You only pay for what you actually need.
How does the AI integration work?
The mspmate MCP Server is an optional add-on, delivered as a hosted gateway (mcp.mspmate.ai). You add the gateway URL to Claude Desktop or Cursor once, sign in via OAuth with your mspmate.ai account – done. From there you ask questions in natural language and the AI performs actions across the connected systems, e.g., creating tickets, checking vulnerabilities or generating reports. The platform and workflows work without it – the AI gateway is the layer on top.
What does mspmate.ai cost?
mspmate.ai uses a transparent pricing model: A monthly platform fee (from €49) plus costs per seat (from €15/employee) plus optional integrations. Save 2 months with annual payment. The 14-day trial is free.
How secure is my data?
All data is hosted in the EU. The connection to the gateway is TLS-encrypted, access to your tenant data is OAuth-based – tokens can be revoked at any time. Stored integration credentials (e.g., your TANSS login) are encrypted at rest with AES. The platform is multi-tenant with strict data separation between organizations, and every action is captured in the audit log.
Can I use mspmate.ai with multiple employees?
Yes, mspmate.ai is multi-tenant with a granular permission system. You can configure roles (Owner, Admin, Dispatcher, Member) and module permissions per employee. Each employee signs in to Claude Desktop or Cursor with their own account.
